Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2025.

This agreement is a public offer by ClickStat ("Provider") to provide SaaS platform services for floating messenger buttons on websites.

1. General Provisions

Registering at https://clickstat.me constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Subject of Agreement

The Provider grants the User access to the ClickStat SaaS platform, which enables installing messenger buttons on websites, tracking click statistics, running A/B tests, and managing the account balance.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Services are provided on a prepaid basis by topping up your account balance.
• Charges are made automatically according to your active plan.
• When the click limit is exceeded on a paid plan, extra clicks are billed at the per-click rate of your plan.
• Unused balance is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are in UAH for Ukrainian users and USD for international users.

4. Rights & Obligations

The Provider agrees to:

• Ensure service availability of at least 99% per month.
• Maintain confidentiality of user personal data.
• Provide technical support via email.

The User agrees to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Not share account credentials with third parties.
• Maintain sufficient balance to ensure uninterrupted service.

5. Liability

The Provider is not liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by force majeure;
• Actions of third parties (hosting provider, payment system, etc.);
• Damages arising from unauthorized or improper use of the service.

6. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

The User may delete their account at any time. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
